Racepace is built and run by its two founders, and email reaches both of us. There is no support queue and no ticket number — write to us and one of us reads it.

Support and product questions
Something broken, a device that will not sync, or a plan that does not look right? Email us with your account email and what you were doing when it happened. If you are already signed in, the fastest path is to say it directly to your coach in the chat — it has your training history in front of it and can adjust a plan on the spot.
Account, billing, and data requests
Racepace is free to use and does not ask for a credit card, so there is nothing to cancel. If you want your account closed or your training data exported or deleted, email us from the address on the account and we will take care of it.
Privacy and security
Questions about what we collect and how it is handled are answered in the privacy policy. For anything it does not cover — including reporting a security issue — email us and put "privacy" or "security" in the subject line so it gets routed quickly.
Press, partnerships, and coaching
We are two endurance athletes building the coach we wanted, and we are happy to talk to journalists, event organizers, teams, and coaches who want to work with Racepace. Same address, and it reaches both founders.
